I'm gonna be seeing Wicked on August 2nd and I was curious about what people were saying about the theater and it's surroundings, I already know the show will be great. Some things I've gathered have been...

- As Kelly said leg room is limited
- Bathrooms at the theater are sub-par. Go before you get there or you will be guaranteed to be standing in line during intermission which is on 15 minutes.
- Take public transportation or take a cab there. I've read multiple accounts of people's cars getting broken into and dings in their doors.
- I've also read that if you did take a cab to the theater, take BART or MUNI when the show is over because getting a cab when 2200+ people are leaving all at once, traveling arrangements will get horrendous.
- If this is your first time seeing Wicked, don't buy the soundtrack at the theater. There, it retails for $28.00. On Amazon, at Wal-Mart and on iTunes, you will find it for less than half of that price.

First time here at the Orpheum. Recently saw Wicked which was an absolutely amazing show! The theater itself is small which makes almost every seat a good one. The only prob I found was that the foot space was really small which could be a prob for the taller peeps. We sat in row O seats 1 & 3. The view from these seats were fantastic!! We could see everything on stage, even see the facial expressions on the actors. Acoustics were great. Teal Wicks as Elpheba was amazing especially her performance of Defying Gravity! I would definitely recommend going to see Wicked here at the Orpheum. I can't wait to go see it again!!!
