It was a lot of fun and the room was very private. Everything tasted great and the sever was friendly and kept checking in. All of our family and friends loved it! After a meeting in San Francisco, we returned to our hotel at the Berkeley marina and drove down University looking for a parking spot so we could find a restaurant. That's right, we looked for parking first...It was Friday night. We hit upon Caffe Venezia. The place was full (they only had one table left- always a good sign) mostly locals, it looked like. So we had soup and then split a great dish since the portions looked quite hefty to us. We both loved the food and relished the ambiance, which reminded us of our trips to Italy. Wait staff super competent and friendly, kitchen with open view from the restaurant looked spotless. Would definitely return. Wow, what a treat.
